Small room available in Great House

Hi

I have a room in my house in BS3, about 10 min walk from north street and about 30min or so walk from the centre. Also has a bus that goes to the centre from around the corner, the metro bus is close by and free local parking.

Most of the house has been recently renovated to high standard.
There is one bedroom available:

A small room with Small double bed (this is wall mounted so can fold up) this is available from 1 September. It is on the first floor looking to the front.

House has two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and large garden.

You would be sharing the house with myself, I am 34 and a Finance professional and Gillian who is in her 20's and is a Chiropractor. Also worth highlighting that you would also be sharing with 1 other (a family member) for a few months or so - but he's pretty cool and my girlfriend is staying temporarily as she is between apartments and is to move in with a friend. But the house is pretty big so easily supports everyone :)

We are pretty laid back and friendly. Ideally looking for someone who can enjoy the odd glass of wine/dinner/trip to the pub with on occasion and form part of a home rather than place to stay.

The room is currently filled by Lily who was staying on a short term basis until she moves in with a friend.

To be open and honest the garden still needs some work, along with the ground floor bathroom. Most of house is still very nice as you should be able to see from pics.

It maybe a little further out than others but I often walk into town, as do the girls and don't find the location an issue and obviously I am biased but its a pretty nice house :)
