Large double bedroom available in Horfield

Our household of 3 is looking for a fourth member to join us from late September. Currently 3 friendly and sociable men signed to a 12 month professional contract we would be looking for any newbie to sign a similar contract (No students). We've lived in the house for 11 months and can vouch that it is a top gaff in a prime location (Ashley Down road just next to the cricket ground) with very affordable rent, spacious rooms and decent landlords.

Relatively modern, spacious and clean 4 bedroom house. The house will be professionally cleaned before contract starts but it is well comforted with plants and meaningful furniture in shared areas. The living room currently has a projector, perfect for movies and super Sundays, whilst the garden hosts occasional BBQs and end of week beers. Parking nearby but also bus stops within sight.

We work during the week (9-5) but like to let go on the weekends. We're hoping to find someone like minded and preferably get involved rather than keep themselves separate all of the time. Theres plenty of decent boozers around the area and afar but were also always up for doing new adventurous activities etc.
