Hi there, I am the current tenant looking to rent out my previous flat mates room. This is available from the 1st February.

The flat is a new build (literally only a few years old) and I am one of first tenants to live here. It’s a really spacious modern flat and is really close to Cabot Circus, only a 5/10 min walk and 15 mins from temple meads.

I have the en-suite bedroom so the main bathroom will be yours to have as your own and doubles up as a guest bathroom.

I am pretty chilled and laid back to live with, I do enjoy being social and also enjoy private time too. I am a young professional so looking for similar. No weird rules or habits just tidy up after yourself and I am sure we will get on fine.

I am also gay so LGBTQ+ friendly and obviously need the potential tenant to be happy with this.
