Double room in 2 bed flat, very close to BRI

Hello! I'm looking for a new flatmate - as my current flatmate will be leaving on the 3rd October to pursue a new job opportunity outside of Bristol. The flat is very centrally located - a 5 minute walk from Stokes Croft/the centre/the BRI hospital etc Its ideal for someone who works in the centre or likes to get about on foot or bike, or who works at the BRI for example. The room is unfurnished, apart from a built-in wardrobe, its a good size - big enough for a double bed and furniture. The room also has a door leading out onto a patio area which you would be welcome to use whenever! The tenants above us - a nice family - have the use of the upper levels of the patio area.. Its actually a good price (for Bristol these days) for how central it is. I work full-time and am also coming to the end of a counselling course - which is what I want to do in the long run. I've been practicing yoga and meditation for a long time - so keeping a clean, quiet environment is important to me - I can also have fun, but my home needs to be a place of rest. This room needs to go to someone who has similar interests and isn't looking to party or get hammered on a regular basis :) I'm passionate about ecological issues and I'm generally up for discussing anything about the world. There is a parking space, which I currently use, so if you have a car this is something we could discuss - it would probably involve sharing the cost of a parking permit. Thankyou! Jon.
