So it's time to rent out my spare room again! I've completely refurbed the house over the last couple of years (ok my ex gets a lot of the credit but don't tell her I said that) so you'll benefit from full use of the new kitchen and bathroom (best shower ever, and the bath, omg).

It's a large double approx 3.9m by 3.5m and also has a large built-in cupboard and ottoman bed so tons of storage space. Fully furnished. I'm happy to remove the sofa or maybe we can find a 2 seater rather than a 3 seater if you'd prefer the extra space (the tv is a 50inch which is why it looks huge! Unfortunately the TV doesn't come with the room). There is however a Virgin V+ box with Full House Package in that room, I was going to have this moved up to my room but talk to me and we might be able to work something out.

- Currently have a home gym in the living room that I might let you use, bench, rack, olympic bar and plates, dumbbells, dip/pull up station etc.

Your New Housemates

- Hey, I'm Ricky, the homeowner. I work full time as a developer in town (pre-apocalypse) and I'm out of the house quite a bit. I'm really laid back, friendly, active, I love to climb, work out, drive, travel, read, socialise and watch movies. I'm fairly quiet as far as housemates go and I'm very considerate. I've always prefered to go out to friends houses rather than have them round to mine!

- Hi, I'm Jez, I rent the other bedroom. I'm a scientist and I work in Portishead so I'm out of the house for long hours daily. I tend to stay at my girlfriend's house for half the week and when I'm home I'm usually just in my room gaming. Can often be found around the corner at the Duke of York (literally a 90-second walk).

Other Bits to Mention

- I have space in the loft if you want to put a few bits up there.
- I've listed a £400 deposit but I might, and again that is a 'might', consider rethinking this for the right housemate.
- I've listed non-smoker, but you know, we do live in Werbs so acceptions can be made...
- I've noted female prefered, this is just to balance out the house dynamic as I feel 3 'lads' in the house might be a bit much. Also, ladies tend to be slightly tidier than men in my experience of living with people.
