Lovely double room in friendly professional house

I'm moving into a different flat with a friend so am looking for a nice new tenant to replace me in the house, ideally to move in as soon as possible to 30th October.

The property is fully furnished.

The bedroom large window let's in plenty of light in during daytime. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, desk and chair, and a large double bed with a white duvet and two white pillows. The tenant will also get two towels and kitchenware (their own plate, bowl, glasses, mugs, and shared utensils, cutlery, pans and collinder).

The kitchen comes with appliances and other useful things; a bread bin, caffetiere, coffee pot, kettle, microwave and also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is two bathrooms, both with toilets and one with separate bath and shower. Out the back there is a large spacious garden with a garage. Theres additional storage space inside the hallway cupboards as well.
The house comes with light decorative touches such as plants, ornaments, and pictures.

The bills for the house include gas, electric, water, council tax, a fortnightly cleaners for the communal areas, internet and use of the Netflix account and virgin on the living room tv.

The location had great transport links including to town, gloucester road and cribbs causeway.

Current housemates are friendly and easy going, and the female housemate especially would love to be social and spend time with anyone new (I currently do many activities with her after meeting through this house).
