Room comes completely unfurnished, there is plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe and furniture.
You'll be sharing with two young professional females in their early thirties.
The room is available from the 1st December, so we are looking for a similar aged working professional male/female to keep the balance (sorry, no students or pets) we are hoping to have a successful flatmate move in on, or near to this date as possible.
A full months rent deposit is required if successful.
