Friendly houseshare in Ashley Down :)

Hello,

We are looking for a new addition to our lovely houseshare as our current housemate is sadly leaving.

The house is located just off Ashley Down road within a 10 minute walk of Gloucester road, which is vibrant, has lots of bars and lovely shops. We are also a five minute walk from St Andrew Park.

There is a co-op just a couple of minutes walk down the road which is open until 11pm (very handy for a late night chocolate craving!) Opposite Co-op is also a bus stop (number 70) which will take you directly into the city centre in about 20 minutes. This is great for commuting into the city, or we're about a 10 minute cycle away too.

We are looking for a housemate who enjoys spending the evenings together in the living room, watching a movie or a good Netflix series. We all work 9-5 during the week but enjoy going to the pub (or the occasional club) at the weekend. We have a small but lovely garden which is great for bbqs in the summer!

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves.

We like to keep the house nice and clean too so someone tidy is important - if you're interest to get in touch! :)

Move in date is flexible.
