Bedroom for sole use

We are looking for a professional person who wants somewhere to stay in central Bristol whilst working away from their main home in the week. This is a Monday to Friday let only, so you would be going back to your primary home at the weekend.

We own a spacious 3 bedroom house on Avon Crescent, and live elsewhere in Wiltshire. However, we (me, my husband, 9 year old son and dog) really enjoy Bristol and do stay in the house from time to time, mostly at the weekend, typically once a month or so.

We are looking for someone who would like to rent a large double bedroom with views of the harbour, very close to the waterfront and all its amenities including a decent pub. We use 2 of the bedrooms when we come to stay, whilst a 3rd would be for your sole use.

The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside table.

The kitchen is fitted with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a sofa, TV, dining room table and broadband.

It includes all bills i. e. electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license and broadband.
Parking is available but you would need to buy a residents permit.

So if you are looking for somewhere to stay each week where you can leave your belongings, are fed up with hotels. but don't want to share with others (you would very rarely overlap with us) then this could be what you are looking for.
