The property is in Lawrence Hill, just off the famous Church Road, which boasts a selection of pubs, shops and brunch places, so there is plenty to do.
It is also in walking distance of the city centre (10 mins away) and Bristol Temple meads station (15 mins away). For further city travel, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and Lawrence Hill train station is about 3 minutes walk.
The rent is £400 per month excluding Bill's, a security deposit of £400 is required.
