Large double bedroom with king-size bed (furnished) available in 3 bed flat on Cotham Road with private garden. Flat has a nice large living room and kitchen with plenty of space. There is a large bathroom with a great shower and large bath tub, and another small shower room and little loo.

The largest room in the flat has become available as our flatmate (and landlady) is sadly moving out, so it is a private let and we have a good relationship with the owner. We're looking for someone who is easy going and enjoys having catch ups in the week over dinner. We also keep things quite tidy with a bit of a "working mess", so we'd appreciate it if you can contribute to keeping the place looking tidy enough without any immaculate standards! We currently employ a cleaner to clean the shared areas once a fortnight at a cost of £10 each a visit.

We both currently work professional jobs (one commuting to Bath/one Newport), so awake fairly early on weekdays with the occasional work from home. Our current interests are cooking (mostly vegetarian), active weekends (cycling/walking), sports (tennis/football), having a few drinks with friends and a bit of chill time on the sofa watching TV. We'd welcome our new housemate with a few drinks in one of the many Cotham locals :)

FYI: Bills add up to about £100 monthly which includes water, gas and electricity, council tax and broadband. As mentioned we currently pay £10 each fortnightly for a cleaner. Additionally, some house essentials are also on a subscription which you'd be expected to contribute to.
