My lovely flatmates are both moving out. Susie is moving in with her boyfriend and is leaving on the 12th, and Claudia has bought a flat and will be moving at the end of September.


The place is our home, we spend a lot of time here and take care of the place, and the many plants. We love doing yoga in the living room, play board games, have drunk karaoke sessions, and we basically cook for each other most nights - if you are looking for a homely, social place, this is the one! I would like to continue this vibe when they are leaving so it is really important that you are looking for a similar thing and not just a place to stay.
There is a separate toilet and bath (separate rooms that you can see in the photo), an open plan kitchen-living room and the 3 bedrooms.

The flat is on the border of Clifton and Cotham meaning that just 15 minutes walk away is Clifton village (good cafes and markets), the Downs (we often go for runs and BBQs in the summer) and Stokescroft where we sometimes ‘accidentally’ have one too many pints.

The flat has double glazing that stretches across the whole of the facade with amazing views towards the south of Bristol. In summer, we see all the balloons!

Staying in the flat are Lena (and Claudia initially). Lena is an electrical engineer from Germany who loves climbing, surfing and being outdoors but also enjoys nights in watching Netflix or reading a book. Then there is Claudia, Project Manager, who is from Spain and enjoys travelling, cooking and staying active, whether it is squash, football or hiking.

Although we are fun and active people, we really appreciate the flat is a quiet place where we can unwind and recharge. With everyone spending a bit more time at home due to Covid, we find that keeping the shared areas organised is even more important. We are definitely not a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over for dinner or some board games every now and again.

We are looking for a sociable person who is up for a friendly vibe around the house, who is clean and tidy, and enjoys being active. Ideally, you are a professional with a similar schedule to ourselves - we work Monday - Friday 9-5. We prefer keeping the flat women only so sorry lads, we will not be considering men at this point.


In the room there is a small double bed, bedside table, bookshelf, a desk, wardrobe and integrated mirror. This is the room is slightly smaller than the other room available but you would also have all the space in the hallway cupboard to yourself. Rent is £360 pm
Admin stuff:

The room's rent is as above plus ~£110 bills which slightly varies from season to season. Your annual income must be 20k or more to pass the landlord's checks. Sorry, no students!
First month's rent + deposit of £430 will be paid in advance to our landlord - no agency fees. Bills are paid at the start of the month and will also be due when moving in.

Parking is available with a permit. There is currently only the 3rd permit available which is £48 for 3 months but once Claudia moves out, the second permit will be available at £24.
