1 double room available in Westbury Park in a nice quiet street.

Near to several good pubs, restaurants, a cosy little cinema and a Waitrose and Best One. Short walk away down Henleaze high street is a Co-op and a few other shops (grocer, butcher, baker etc..)

No deposit required, £500pm payable at the start of the month. The room is availble from the 1st November but there is a little wiggle room with dates.

There are three housemates here already, Mike and Kim on the middle floor, and then Abbey on the top floor. We are clean, tidy and friendly and enjoy sharing the communal area.

We like a nice house meal when everyones work schedules allow. Walking distance from the Downs, Gloucester Road, and Whiteladies Road. Real cheap buses and Ubers from town. Not going to be keeping you up with loud music/drunken shenaningans on weeknights and weekends (unless you are doing so with us of course).

Landlord is Abbey's mate so is very laid back, and is happy for us to run things. The living room and bathroom has recently been refurbished (by us). There's a shared living room with big tv.

The bottom floor of the house is occupied by another tennant who does not share anything but a front door with us.

There is free on street parking, you will get very good at parallel parking. Bus stops at either end of the street and there is space to store a bike.

We pay gas bills monthly. Gas & Electric comes out to around £50 a month. There is superfast broadband with a strong signal in every room, this is included in rent. Water/council tax also included in rent. Altogether pretty cheap.
