Double Room Available In Redfield/Easton

Hello there !
A double room has come available in our 5 bed house in Easton /Redfield. The room is a great size with a large bay window.

We are in a fab location . 10 mins walk to Lawrence Hill and Stapleton Road stations , 10 minute cycle into town along the cycle path and 5 minute walk to St. George's park. We're also 5 mins from Church Road (Aldi, Preserve, lots of nice cafes!).

About us: there are currently 5 females here, all with 9-5 jobs so we are all busy during the week. We usually go out on Friday to the pub but we don't tend to have parties back here, however we are happy to have people back for dinner / drinks etc... We are looking for someone clean and respectful. We all like to watch films together and cook and we also do smoke but never inside.

We also have a rabbit ,however he will be moving in the new year. He mainly stays outside in his hutch but comes and chills with us in the evenings in the living room.

The tenancy will be through our letting agent, so references will be required. The tenancy is for 6 months from the 25th December, however I'm looking to rent out the room from the 14th December. I've talked with the letting agent and they are happy for the 12 day difference to be paid directly to me from the new tenant. There is also a £50 fee for the change of deposits, to be paid to the letting agent by the new tenant.

All bills come to roughly £50-£70 a month.
