Need A New Room?

Hi everyone, I'm Josh and I've got some rooms available in my home that I think you'll like.

So first up some details about the house, two toilets, open plan kitchen and living room, nice sized garden with a few herbs, firepit🔥and decking for getting beat at basketball or sunny Sunday morning yoga.

We have an outdoor gym area in a secluded area in the garden so there's a bit of privacy. Have a chin up bar, punchbag, boxing swingbar, kettle bell and some adjustable weight dumbbells/barbells.

There's lots of music and singing in a lively environment, chill out in front of the T. V, board games, video games and mario kart, we sometimes cook for eachother and have nice evenings going out.

We plan day trips from time to time just to get outside in nature, we're lucky to have a few parks near us but also enjoy getting together to go on holidays or nights out.

The room available is a large room with a double wardrobe, an ottoman bed, wide drawer set, a desk and lots of shelving so you can customise the room however you see fit.

Within a 1 minute walk is a nice sized park and the number 75/76 bus and some of the green scooter's if you don't drive. We have a Co-op within 5 mins one way and a greengrocers in the other direction. Also a Lidl and an Asda within a 20-25 min walk.

Sports wise there's a skatepark and climbing centre nearby and the city stadium just down the road. The main thing is we get Deliveroo🙏

We've got a nice vibe going on at the minute and whilst we do enjoy spending time with eachother we all respect each others boundaries and others personal space, this is something that I'm looking to add to.

If you drive I've got a big driveway with plenty of room to get a car on, so no need to worry about parking.

With the rent all the bills are included. We've got the holy trinity witg streaming Netflix, Disney, Prime. General things that we all use (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc) we take in turns to get and use splitsave.

Everyone here is quite open-minded and welcome any weirdness, I think it's cool to live in a diverse home with different perspectives so don't be afraid to be yourself.

I'm really happy with the energy from those here at the moment so really looking to add to this. It's important to me that this is everybody's home and not just a room for you no matter how long your stay.
