Double Bedroom, friendly young professional house

A lovely room on the 1st floor of our colourful and friendly house in St Pauls is up for grabs as of 1st April 2020. The room is cosy by night and bright by day, with a window out over the back gardens, and a view from the bed of the big trees in the park at the end of the road.

It is quiet at night as the street is a cul-de-sac of terraced houses with the park at the end. We are a 5 minutes walk from a great general store too - The Grosvenor Supermarket - they are really friendly there and you can buy pretty much anything you need!

The bathroom is shared, with a bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen and living room are also shared, with table space in both rooms for eating and hosting. There are bike hangers in the living room to safely keep a bike too.

The garden out the back has a small raised bed for vegetables - so any green-fingered souls are particularly welcome.

You would be living alongside 2 lovely girls around the age of 30 - both of whom work fulltime in Bristol, and one of whom has a friendly tabby cat.
