Cosy double room in St George

********Room is available for 5 weeks only in summer holidays from July 24th - August 28th********

WHERE?
On a no-through-traffic road in St George (shout out to the dead end crew)
5 mins walk to St George’s Park
10 mins walk to Church Road
10 mins walk to Trooper’s Hill
20 min cycle in to the city centre using the cycle path.

WHO WITH?
Me! I live here too. It’s my house. I'm a 41-year old freelance writer and a person and stuff.

WHAT LIKE?
Very chilled and peaceful. This is not a party house. I am very music orientated. Big lover of nature, wildlife and all things green and good.

WHO FOR?
Someone who likes colour, house plants and a peaceful and cosy place to stay.
Also I WFH and need quiet during the day so this isn't suitable for another home worker

AOB
- There’s a nice little sun-trap-of-a-garden out back, and bike storage out the front.
- I welcome people from all walks of life. The only musts are kindness and a sense of humour.
- I am immune compromised so still need to be cautious. This means that when you are ill, we will need to stay out of each other's way.
- I renovated the house myself and put a lot of love in to it, so I'm looking for someone who can respect that and keep the place tidy (and ideally live sympathetically with my green values too)
- The house is fully furnished
