Our house is located very close to the riverside and has a very nice view of the river. We have a big shared kitchen/living room. The bills are around 100/month (wifi, gas/electricity, water, council tax).
The room comes with en-suite and is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, a couple of small bedside tables and a rack stand. TV is not included.
We do not have a dedicated parking, but it's possible to get a permit from the Council to park on the roads.
We are two girls (25 and 30), both clean and tidy, respect other people's personal space, are social but also like to be on our own. We are both quiet and not fans of partying but rather like quiet evenings with a cup of tea/coffee and nice film or going for a nice walk along the Harbour. We are both quite busy and spend a lot of time working so we want our house to be a place where we all can rest.
Ideally we seek for a quiet and tidy person (a PhD/Postgrad student or a professional).
