Hotwells home seeking new housemate

We have a double room available in a 3-story Victorian house, set in Hotwells, next to the Harbourside and the Pump House pub. Only a 20-minute walk to the centre and close to Clifton Village, North Street, Ashton Court etc.

The bedroom is available from Saturday 27th March 2021. The room is on the ground floor and has its own lean to/utility room attached which is great for storage (not accessed by anyone else so a private space).

We are 1 male and 3 females between the ages of 30 and 34. We all like our own space and don't live in each other's pockets, but we do also enjoy being sociable together and hang out to cook/eat food, drink wine, watch films and have the odd night out together (pre covid).

We are looking for someone who wants to live in a clean and tidy home. This is definitely a home and not just a houseshare for us.

PLEASE NOTE: The contract runs for 12 months but should a tenant wish to leave, 1 months notice is required and it is the leaving tenant’s responsibility to replace themselves (remaining housemates must agree on chosen replacement).

PARKING: all permits are currently taken but there is a pay and display car park opposite the house.

Due to covid, initial chats and viewings will be virtual and final viewing will be face to face. We look forward to hearing from you!
