Unfurnished Double Available Now in Redfield

Hey! We have a small unfurnished double room available immediately in our house in Redfield. We're just off Church Rd and near to St George Park.

We're Ash and James both boys in our early thirties both currently working full time (Plumber and Hummus Business) and we're open to living with most people really providing they're chilled, respectful and it's a good fit. We're quite up for having a bit of a balance gender-wise but we're not totally against being a house of men if it's a good fit.

The house itself is well built and quite spacious - stays cool in summer and warm in winter etc. Doesn't look that flash from the outside but inside pretty nice! We've got a nice big paved back garden which is nice to hang out in. As well as a nice kitchen which opens out in to a dining room bit so plenty of room to be social (should the state decree it so). We like hanging out together sometimes but both like our own space too. We're not a party house really but neither of us are a stranger to a party every now and then.

The room itself isn't massive but does have a built in wardrobe and the last tenant had a double bed and still made it cosy and comfortable. It's £325 a month plus bills which are about £90 for everything.

We have been pretty busy and it's just been sat empty for a while so now we're up for getting it sorted and getting someone in ASAP - like end of next week! If you're keen please drop me an email!
