Furnished double room in Redland

My name’s Mel, I’m a 23 year old midwife currently working at St Michael’s Hospital. I’ve got a small (and growing) collection of plants and am a committed (social) drinker of wine and particularly Prosecco! I’m always very clean and tidy. I know the area pretty well as I’ve lived in the flat for 2 years now but am always looking for new places to go (eat and/or drink).

I’m looking for a likeminded person who’s interested in exploring the local area but also having a quiet night in with a glass of wine and good movie! They’d also have to be respectful of my sleeping pattern as due to shift work I’m sometimes sleeping during the day.

The top floor flat in located on Redland Road which is only a short walk from Gloucester and Whiteladies Road. There are lots of nice pubs, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also close to Redland Park and The Downs for a nice walk and Redland Station.

The room is a furnished double to include bed frame, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of draws. The room available is at the back of the flat so is away from the main road and therefore quieter. The bathroom has a shower / bath combo and the shower and boiler are new. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage space and fridge freezer.

Rent is £425pp. Me and my current flatmate put £570 each into a joint account every month and that easily covers all bills and rent. Wifi, council tax, TV license, water and electricity is already set up. There is lots of on street permit parking available. The room is available from the 1st November.
