Beautiful double en-suite in quirky house

Hi,

We’re a young, professional couple looking for someone to share our Victorian home with. It’s a clean and tidy house which is being updated as we speak! Your room has brand new furniture, mattress, sheets and towels.

We live just off the high street in St George, with easy access to the park, Troopers Hill and local amenities. Good links to Bristol Centre and Bath, can reach Cabot Circus by walking in 30mins.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted open wardrobe, chest of drawers and reading lights. It’s a bright and warm room, with a west facing window looking over the garden. The en-suite is newly refurbished with a large waterfall shower, sink, cabinet and wc

You would have shared access to the living room, kitchen, and garden.

You’ll also be sharing with Leo, our fluffy rescue cat. He’s very affectionate and loves to watch the world from the window,

We have no preference with lodgers, but ask that you respect our home and keep it clean and tidy.

On street parking is available (no permit) and there’s space for a bike in our hall.
