Large Airy Double Room BS7 in Family Home

I'm Toni, mother of 3 (4 if you count the dog). This is a warm and friendly family home. My children are only here every other week. So the house is very quiet one week then more busy the next. They are aged 17, 14 and 10 and are friendly and respectful. The teens pretty much keep themselves to themselves.
I work as an account manager for a digital agency full time (from home at the moment). I'm a creative and fun loving person although my party days are now over. I sometimes have friends over for dinner or drinks but it's never too loud or wild.
I have no preference on gender or age particularly, but we do have a dog and a three legged cat so I guess you will need to like animals! Just looking for someone nice who needs a friendly place to stay. I'm happy to consider Monday to Friday for a reduced rate.
The room is big and has a gas fire. There is a TV point so you can put your own TV there. The bed is brand new. I assume you will have your own bedding but I can provide duvet and pillows etc if you need.
Shared kitchen diner, family bathroom and downstairs loo. The garden is quite small but there is enough room for table chairs and BBQ.
