Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy until September, so will be contracted for short term throughout the summer. The room available comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and more, including individual Wi-Fi. The floor, bathroom and kitchen is shared between 4 other occupants. The kitchen is a great size and plenty of space for each person, there are also two bathrooms which include a standing shower. On top of that, there is also a laundry room and Bike storage which can be found on the bottom floor. The people who live here are very friendly, we all get on and act like a family, whilst also maintaining our own hobbies and personal lives. This building is great for anyone looking to move to Bristol, located directly in the city centre you will be surrounded by everything you need, from shops, restaurants, pubs and parks! I have no complaints with this property and would highly recommend, I would love to stay but looking to move back home for the remainder of the year.
