It has an open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom, store closet and bedroom, together with a balcony. It is lovely and light and would suit a professional or professional couple well. There is secure bike storage and street parking with permits.

The flat will be part furnished with the essentials, such as bed, wardrobe, sofa, dining table and balcony furniture. It also has an induction hob, washer/tumble drier and dishwasher, and fridge and freezer. All the electrical appliances were new with the flat a couple of years ago.

The flat is a ten minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads, with quick trains to London, Bath, Reading - all over. The flat is a five minute walk to Cabot Circus. It is also an easy walk to the BRI, Harbourside and Broadmead. Old Market itself has some gorgeous restaurants and pubs for when everything opens up again, and an amazing little theatre (the wardrobe theatre).

Couples would be welcome and pets would be considered - the flat opens on to a park.
