I have a one bedroom flat to rent in Old Market, Bristol. The flat is only a few years old and has been kept in immaculate condition. It is bright and airy with an exposed brick feature wall. It is on the first floor of the Brasswork Lofts development.

It has an open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom, store closet and bedroom, together with a balcony. It is lovely and light and would suit a professional or professional couple well. There is secure bike storage and street parking with permits.

The flat will be part furnished with the essentials, such as bed, wardrobe, sofa, dining table and balcony furniture. It also has an electric hob, washer/tumble drier and dishwasher, and fridge and freezer. All the electrical appliances were new with the flat a couple of years ago.

The flat is a ten minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads, with quick trains to London, Bath, Reading - all over. The flat is a five minute walk to Cabot Circus. It is also an easy walk to the BRI so makes an excellent commute for anyone working at the hospital, Harbourside or Broadmead. Old Market itself has some gorgeous restaurants and pubs and an amazing little theatre (the wardrobe theatre). Also some great shops including an incredible plant shop, and a couple of very lovely bakeries (check out the BakeHouse).

Couples would be welcome and pets would be considered - the flat opens on to a park.
