Double room in great house close to centre

This gorgeous Victorian town house, just one mile from the centre, is one of the few large houses in the area that has not been converted into flats and it’s still has a lot of beautiful original features such as fire surrounds in bedrooms and tall ceilings with ceiling roses.
We have a double room available in this house on the top floor. The room is spacious and fully furnished with desk, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and desk space for those who are working from home. On this floor you have use of a communal kitchen, including dishwasher and washer dryer and a shared bathroom with Shower.
There is a beautiful garden out the back which is a suntrap in the summer months and a perfect little space to relax in after a hard days work.
There is an excellent live-in house manager that keeps the house looking clean and tidy. We provide some essential items such as Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt, pepper, oil, laundry powder and toilet roll during your stay, and the house manager will keep these regularly topped up.
Its set in the very sought-after area of St Andrews, within walking distance to St Andrews park, and all of the independent local shops, restaurants and cafes that Gloucester Road and Cheltenham road have to offer.
There are 12 rooms altogether in this house, set over three floors, with a large communal kitchen and living room on the ground floor with the additional kitchen on the top floor. There is also a communal bathroom on each floor, as well as some rooms having their own en-suites, so there is never too much pressure on the communal spaces.
There are great bus routes to the City Centre, Redland, Cotham, and even Cribbs Causeway, although everything you should ever need is almost on your door step. There is no off street parking available, but there is plenty of on street parking, as this house is not located in an area with any parking restrictions.
