Female lodger wanted. Single room/small double bed

Please message me on spare room rather than ring. This room is for one professional female only who doesn’t work from home full time and ideally works full time. Please note I’m in Stockwood bs14 8lg so check that it’s suitable re within commuting distance of your work as previously many people have got in touch not realising it’s south Bristol.
Small single furnished room with small double bed and all bills included plus large cupboard with hanging space, tall boy and bedside cabinet. The bed has side lift under storage. The mattress in the picture has recently been replaced with a new one.

Virgin box and netflix in the lounge with fire which is lovely in the winter.

You will share the fridge and chest freezer with the lodger. I have my own.

Washer dryer and Kitchen diner with Alexa.

Garden with sunny and shady parts with seating and gas bbq which you are welcome to use.
Downstairs I have a large porch when you will have your own shoe and coat rack.

The house is lovely and quiet as end terraced in a cul de sac.

Downstairs wc aswell as upstairs bathroom with shower.

Deposit required of £525 and one months rent payable in advance. I will want proof of id and current address.

I work from home but this is only weekdays, the lounge is hardly used the rest of the time.
No off street parking but have lived here over 16 years and never been an issue. The bus stop is a few minutes walk and takes you into town and goes all the way to cribbs causeway. Keynsham with its many pubs, bars, cafes is a 10 minute drive. I live right next to a nature reserve with lovely walks and views

I'm 49 and work in banking. Am easy going and have been with my partner Piet for 16 years who is Danish and lives in Denmark. I will be away around half of the weekends and working in Denmark for a couple of months a year.
