Comfortable room to let (Mon-Fri) to let in St. Pauls available for working person. It is a good size bedroom, with TV and good double bed, situated on the ground floor of a maisonette. To share bathroom, kitchen and front room.
To share with friendly, considerate, vegan man (50's) who tries to respect the environment. Also a friendly cat.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, wifi, decent shower, central heating, etc. There will be times when I am away and so looking for someone fairly quiet and responsible who doesn't need a house full of people.
No smoking in the flat.
There is an outside space to use at the rear of property, the place to store bicycles or sit and relax.
The flat is a 10 minute walk to the city centre and is near BRI, Glos Road, close to transport links and other amenities.
There is a parking permit scheme here so not really suitable for car owners.
