Hello! I’m (33 she/her) looking for a housemate (open to queer couples!) to share a large fully furnished house on BS16 6AB with me and my dog (Buddy) for £450pm +£100 for bills from May/June. Please message me any questions 🙋‍♀️

You get - a mid-sized double bedroom and exclusive use of large a studio/office!

I’m a 33 year old queer woman who started transitioning late 2020. I would love to share this house with another queer human who is looking for a space to chill, work and be excitable about things.

Politics and beliefs matter a lot. No TERFs. We can chat about stuff.

Downstairs: front garden, studio (yours to use), lounge, kitchen, downstairs loo, back garden

Upstairs: your room, my room, bathroom with bath + shower + loo, another toilet, office

Buddy the dog: he’s a very friendly and excitable cocker spaniel who has been neutered. He likes to lick ears and is allowed on the furniture. Ask me any questions you have about him, even if you don’t want the room. You can keep him out of your bedroom and studio - he’s used to that.

Studio (yours): It’s a second living room with lots of floor space and a large desk.

Living Room: It’s a large room with a tv and Xbox, I play occasionally and enjoy playing coop games if you’re interested. I love watching folks play, so if you have solo games can I watch a bit?

Accessibility: There is no step-free access, your room is on the first floor. The house has a shower and bath in the upstairs bathroom. The water pressure is good!

Contract: This house is rented through a lettings agent, they'd start us on a 6 month contract and then a rolling contract afterwards. The entire rent is £1050, because my room is bigger I'm happy to pay £600 for you to pay £450. The deposit is £1075 but I'm responsible for Buddy so I think it's fair for me to pay £775 of the deposit and for you to pay £300 - but I'm happy to discuss that.
