I’m currently living in a four bedroomed house in Golden Hill but unfortunately my housemates are moving out when the contract ends. Therefore I’m looking for people to replace them! The contract begins August 28th and is for 12 months.
The house: There is a drive that fits two cars, a toilet with a shower downstairs, a toilet with bathroom upstairs, a good sized garden and a decent sized living room. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs.
Location: The house is situated in Golden Hill. 15 mins walk to Gloucester Road, just over a mile to Horfield leisure the one way and around 1.4 miles to Clifton Downs. Redland train station is about a mile away. Tesco’s is on our doorstep.
About me: I’m an occupational therapist in social services where I work from home. I enjoy running half marathons, cycling, swimming, drinking, being with friends and around people and going out. I basically enjoy any activity! I also enjoy volunteering with GoodGym.
Housemates I’m looking for: friendly, talkative people who don’t spend 24/7 in their bedrooms and are up for hanging out! I love having people over for drinks so would be cool for housemates to be part of this. I’m quite a chilled person to live with so looking for similar people. I would like to meet housemates face to face prior to any contract being signed.
Rent: £480 approx all bills included.
