Double Room available in Redfield for a 3 month let possibly longer.

Great location right next to St Georges park along with the bars and restaurants of Church Road BS5, and less than 20 min bus ride into town.

Sharing with a couple… Dave, 38, who is a Project Manager, and Mo, 32, who is currently a waitress.

Our housemate is moving away at the end of August, so we are looking for someone to take the spare room from 1st September, for 3 months.

Mo is pregnant and due in December, so it is important to find someone that is clean and respectful of this. It’s also important that we find someone that is “COVID aware”, i. e. not anti-vax, and although the restrictions have opened up is still conscious of coming into contact with lots of people to reduce the chance of bringing the virus home.

If we find the right person that doesn’t mind a new-born baby, we would be happy to let out the room for longer, but this can be discussed in due course.

We like to be sociable and hang out, eat dinner together (Mo is an amazing cook), watch films etc, and equally respect each other’s privacy.

Monthly rent is £450 and bills £110, which includes Gas, Electric, Full Fibre Broadband, Water, and Council Tax. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Would suit someone in their 30’s to early 40's, male or female, who works full time, unfortunately not open to couples as we’ve had four people sharing in the house previously and it got a bit too crowded. Any midwifery skills are a bonus :D Smoking is OK in the garden but not in the house. There is on street parking out the front of the house.
