Double En-Suite in Newly Converted Pub Flat

JUST TO CLAIRIFY- it was a pub but is now 4 flats.

Hi, I’ll be moving in to this flat soon, just waiting to complete. Im a primary school teacher who loves frogs, Henry Weston ciders, festivals, music and movies and also lead quite an active lifestyle (cycle, run, hike etc) and up for being introduced to new people, places and activities. I will be a live-in landlord but I want this to feel like both of our homes. Move in date could be as early as near the start of October but is flexible in order to get the right person.

In the house I am clean but not obsessive and clear up after myself, like to cook decent food as much as I love lazy food and like a balance of peace & quiet, social wholesomeness (roasts/BBQs) and a few drinks with a few people but nothing too partyish these days..

There is parking on the quiet street behind the property and plenty of it. A shared bike store with the other flats in the building that is locked off and has high walls. The second room is bigger than it looks in the photos, has built in wardrobe and en suite in the little corridor off the bedroom.

I’d like to make the house and garden nice and green with plants and retro comfy/cozy probably with a decent movie and sound set up. Pm if interested and i will get back to everyone in time.
