I live with my very friendly cat, Stara, in an end of terrace 2 bedroom house with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom/toilet. There is a patio and garden with a bbq.
All bills are included and the room is furnished with a small double bed, bookcase, wardrobe and shelving unit. There is a boiler cupboard with lots of storage space in the room.
This would suit someone looking for a calm haven away from the bustle of the city. I'm 15 minutes walk from St George and Eastville Park.
I'd be looking to trial a lodger for a month with the possibility to extend for the right person Looking for people who are ok with cats! Bonus points if you are vaguely green fingered and have any tips for the garden... non-smokers only please. I'd prefer a lodger aged 25 - 40.
