Beautiful double room! In grade 2 listed building

Hey there!

My lovely housemate is leaving Bristol at the end of June. Which means a stunning double room is available in BS8, just a short 10 minute walk away from Clifton Village, from the 27th of June!

The apartment is really spacious, top floor and overlooks iconic areas of Bristol. We really made this place our own with house plants, it's an indoor jungle with a relaxed vibe. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. The apartment has its own utility room too. It's located on the 3rd floor and has its own secured entrance.

The bedroom itself is unfurnished, so you have the opportunity to make the space your own, there is enough space for a double bed, chest of draws and a desk. The building is grade 2 listed and has wooden sash windows. As you can see by the pictures, the window in the bedroom has unfortunately needed to be repaired. We are hoping this will be sorted by the end of June.

The ideal person would be in their late 20s to mid 30s, female and sociable but also someone who likes their own space too. Respectful of the space and happy to contribute to a cleaning rota where possible. I love cooking, so occasional shared meals would be nice or a gossip over a bottle of red after a busy day! :)

A little bit about me, I'm 30 and work in the NHS so often work long shifts etc. I've lived in Bristol for the last 4 years but I'm originally from South Wales. I love live gigs, documentaries and making plant pots from clay. Also try to go to the gym as much as possible so I tend to keep my days off pretty busy. I'm currently finishing a 2 year course and I'll be staying in Bristol for the next chapter of my training.
