Room to rent in the heart of St Pauls

We have a single room (although currently with a double bed) to rent in our friendly house share in
St Pauls, Bristol. You would be sharing with four guys aged from mid twenties to mid forties.
The rent is £450 per month and around £70 for all the usual bills with the occasional top up needed
for gas and electricity. You would also need to pay £450 deposit.
We all get on pretty well and sometimes socialise together but are also aware of the need for
personal space! The house is no palace but does have a large lounge, kitchen diner, two bathrooms
and a small garden to the rear. Bear in mind that this is a smoking house.
The house is located in the heart of St Pauls with Cabot Circus, Stokes Croft and the bus station all within 5min walking distance.
