Cosy 3bd home w/ garden, patio, wood burner

Hey,

I’m looking to rent a room for around 8 weeks, mid September to end of October ... Room can be furnished or un-furnished.

Looking for a clean & sociable professional to move into a cosy three-bed house.

The house has a cosy sitting room with a wood burner. fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has huge windows overlooking the garden, side gate access for bikes and loads of space in the shed for said bikes.
Your room is big enough for a desk it would be good if you didn't work from home all the time, if you do we can just discuss bills cost.

About me:
I love to be outdoors, hang with friends. I have just moved back from 3 years in Bali, I have a 5 month old Cocker Spaniel, who is already pretty well trained, she loves a cuddle. I'm a UX designer.
I like to keep active, hiking, surf, yoga that kind of thing..

Keeping the house in a positive vibe is super important, of course, we have our own rooms for privacy and downtime but coming home to friendly pals where we can chat and hang would be fab.

This is a home and not a party house. but open to a bbq in the garden on warm days! Must be a Professional or mature student. Well house trained and considerate with music etc.
