Gorgeous double bedroom near the harbour, super spacious and available on a furnished basis (all the dark wood furniture comes with it and the bed and mattress). Lovely spacious communal areas too. Currently 2 x 24 year old females living here, both professionals. One has a partner who stays a few nights a week. Both very clean and tidy.
Currently bills are roughly £80 each electricity, £75 council tax, £10 wifi monthly. Water is quarterly and roughly £30.
