Double room in 5 bed shared flat by King Street

The rooms being advertised are both double bedrooms in a modern, recently refurbished 5 bedroom apartment. The flat is in a great central harbourside location between Queen Square and King Street.

The flat has 2 identical bathrooms with big walk in showers and large mirrors, and a kitchen/living room with a sofa, beanbags, dining table and TV. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and also two smaller ones under the counter, microwave, electric hobs and a new oven. The bedrooms are almost identical and both come furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, bin, desk lamp, wall shelves, mirrored wardrobe with shelves and drawers inside. We also have a washer/dryer in the flat and secure bike storage is available in the building.

We are 3 female professionals working in healthcare, design and hospitality. We like to have fun and socialise in the evenings/weekends but are also considerate and respectful of each other needing their own space. We are looking forward to meeting potential new flatmates :)

Bills aren't included in the rent - these come to around £150 a month and include council tax, electricity, water and WiFi.

Unfortunately we do not have a spare parking permit.

The landlady has requested that the new tenant must be working in the UK and not a student.
