The ground floor room has a double bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers, central heating, comfy leather sofa, shelving and broadband internet access. It's quiet, warm, private and comfortable. There's a large, sunny shared kitchen-diner, and the shared bathroom is upstairs.

The rent includes some bills, but broadband, gas & electricity are not included. These bills are divided among the 2 housemates each month, and paid separately, averaging around £35pm.

It's a clean, tidy, easygoing household in a quiet peaceful location. There's parking on the street, which is a quiet cul-de-sac.

It would suit a woman who appreciates her own space to work or study. It's a quiet, peaceful household with one woman housemate, and the female home owner returns once a month for work.
