The property is an end of terrace Victorian property with a small garden (typical for the area). It’s a 2 bedroom house which I share with a very friendly dog, so it would be great if you like dogs too.
The room is in the back of the house overlooking the garden and is extremely quiet, all other living spaces are shared.
It's a 2 minute walk from St George park and has 3 local buses, the 41, 44 & 45 plus the 36 bus to Bath and is just off the A420.
There are several pubs, The Dark Horse is very popular, and a Weatherspoons. There's also a Southville Deli, Tesco's local, Aldi and Co-op all within 5 minutes of the house. There are several decent coffee shop/cafe's including The Lockup and Grounded with several Indian takeaways and a Thai restaurant. We also have a Greggs nearby and an Artisan Bakery called Loaf..
I regularly walk to the docks and harbourside, approximately 40 minutes and Temple Meads is about 30 minutes.
