Double with bathroom in waterfront apartment

Hello,

Im looking for someone to rent the 2nd room in a 2 bed flat for a month or two to fill a short term gap.

The flat
The flat comes fully furnished and has a nice, airy feel to it. The lounge and kitchen are large and have water views over the harbour.

The room
The room itself has all the furniture you'd need and is at the back of the flat so its nice and quiet. I have an ensuite so i wont be using the main bathroom, other than an occasional bath or when visitors come.

The area
The flat is in a good location, its a 12 minute walk to the centre and theres several buses a minutes walk away. The Clifton triangle is also 10 minutes walk away and its really nice to be right on the circular harbour route for walks and runs. The bus stops are really close by and its easy to get around, theres also a ferry stop opposite.

Me
Im 34, female and work 9-5 close by. I tend to live a fairly quiet life nowadays and like to be respectful of the communal space, keeping it clean and tidy. Id like to live with someone that i can have a chat to but has an independent life and is happy and outgoing.

Cost
The cost is £650, including bills and there will be £200 as a deposit. Theres no parking available unfortunately.
