sunny double bedroom available in new home. House has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, a very large lounge and high spec kitchen. Nice garden to sit in. there is ample on street parking as the road is quiet. A friendly and easy going lodger is welcome but no short term please. minimum 3 month stay. my current lodger uses a bike and it can be stored in a locked lane within my garden.
