Hello, my wife(Rach 49) and I(Mike 39) (no pets or kids) have a spacious, comfortable double bedroom for rolling monthly rental in a 2 bedroom house in the new development of Cheswick Village, bills included, Quiet location approx 5-10 mins walk to both UWE & MOD. 10 Mins drive to Bristol business park and Airbus. There are local shops, cafe, takeaways and a pub nearby at the square, plus good transport links to centre and other areas. Approx 15-20 minutes walk to Filton Abbeywood retail park. On street parking is free 5pm-9am mon-fri, permit required for all other time which is something that can be discussed and arranged.

We are a reasonably private & quiet couple, so you will have your own space. We are both in full time employment during the day, but home on the evenings. Usually in bed around 9.30pm due to early starts. Mike works from home 2 days a week. We are looking for similar, reliable and respectful person.

Fibre broadband WIFI is available, room contains double bed, wardrobe availability and exclusive use of own bathroom with shower. Welcome to use kitchen facilities and small fridge available for exclusive use. No meals are provided but welcome to help yourself to tea & coffee.

Please note there is no shared living room access, there isn’t a TV in the bedroom and unfortunately we cannot accommodate a bicycle.
