Live in landlord with female partner who shares the house with me some of the week. There is also one other small room which is sometimes occupied. I own a small friendly long-haired Jack Russell so you need to like and enjoy my dog!

The house is situated between the A4, Bath Road and the A37, Wells Road in Brislington/Stockwood/Knowle area. 2 minute walk to #2 bus to City Centre, 10 min walk to #36 bus and approx a 20 minute walk to the A4 Bath Road buses at Lidl to Bristol City Centre or Bath direction. A 20 minute walk to Knowle Broadwalk too. You can also cycle to Keynsham in 20 minutes.
There is free parking on the streets outside the property.
The house is cosy and welcoming with a garden at the back of the house which has lovely views across the city. Usual white goods including microwave, dishwasher. Central heating with good shower/bathroom. Virgin Media fast broadband.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and responsible housemate who will enjoy sharing my house and is happy to socialise from time to time. I am a quiet person and enjoy being outside, cycling, walking, playing the cello and baking my own bread and home-brewing! I am environmentally conscious trying to reduce my plastic and landfill waste and expect any housemate to be respectful and active with this mission!.
