The house has six en-suite bedrooms with shared communal space.
We have two rooms available, at £700 and £750 per month for single occupancy.
The rooms are quiet, double size rooms, fully furnished, featuring gas lift ottoman storage bed (so plenty of space for storage underneath) with comfy hygienic memory foam mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, aerial point, USB point, and plenty of plugs
One room has private access to a modern shower room, benefiting from high pressure shower, heated towel rail, large mirrored cabinet (with storage) and mirror/shaver/electric toothbrush charger. This is cleaned every week by our great cleaner! What treat to never clean your shower again!
The other room has an en-suite shower room with the same facilities but without the clean!
The newly fitted modern kitchen comes fully equipped with lots of cupboard space, dishwasher, two ovens, ceramic hob, combi microwave, and very large fridge. Plenty of room to cook together.
The sitting room has two comfy sofas, a large smart TV (with freeview and all OD channels), dining table and chairs. A sociable entertaining space to enjoy communal living.
The utility has a washing machine, tumble drier, and large upright freezer. All the noisy machines behind a closed door, so they won't disturb your quiet time.
The large patio garden is private and fully enclosed, with barbecue, garden furniture, wall hung washing airer and secure storage for bikes. Access here for bins and recycling too.
