Various bus stops including metrobus are also on your doorstep. The much desirable North Street, Bedminster with all its bars, shops and cafes is 20 mins walk away. Available from mid April.

We have two furnished double rooms available one from 12th October (£600) and one from 26th October (£650 with en suite toilet and washbasin).

Current housemates are in their 20s and get on very well, they are respectful and keep the house tidy. So if you’re looking for a clean and friendly house share look no further.

This house offers a large communal kitchen, downstairs shower room, leading into the dining area and separate lounge. There is also a good sized garden with lawn area and terrace perfect for summer BBQs. There is also a large bathroom on the first floor with freestanding shower and bath on the first floor and one room has an en suite WC (no shower). The room available in on the third floor, making it particularly private.

The house is in a quiet road close to the city centre and train station; with a garage for you to store bikes. There is also off-street parking for two cars, as well unrestricted on-street parking.

With a large American style fridge freezer and extensive kitchen cupboards, there's plenty of room in the kitchen.

We pride ourselves on a high level of safety and quality standards and provide each tenant with their own contract which will be for a minimum of 6 months. We continuously work to improve each of our properties ensuring regular maintenance.

Bus transport – The Bedminster down bus stop is 5 mins walk away and you can catch the number 75 to the harbourside in just 15 mins or carry onto Broadmead shopping area which takes 5 mins longer. Other bus stops are at Parson’s Street train station (under 10 mins walk away) that will take you on the number 76 to Redcliffe in the city centre in just 9 minutes. Redcliffe is a 10 min walk from Temple Meads station.
