A double bedroom of a two bedroom house located in the Dings, St Philips. The house is located close to Cabot Circus (15 mins), Temple Meads (10 mins) and Old Market (5 mins). It is a fairly quiet location with a mix of families and young professionals.

The house is fully furnished and modern with one large open plan kitchen and lounge, downstairs WC, two bedrooms, upstairs bathroom and paved garden. The room is currently furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and side cabinet.

Parking is available outside the house within the Easton Residents parking scheme with a pass. Also I have a shed for bikes or other bits and bobs

All bills (elec, gas, council tax, standard virgin/bt tv and broadband) are included within the rent.

The reason I am moving out is because I am working away a lot and not getting back on the weekends enough to enjoy the house. My housemate (Andy) will be staying in the property but you would be taking my room. Room is earliest available from the 13 May but this can be flexible.
