A light and airy good sized double room in a newly built high quality home available Monday to Friday (£415 per month) I would also consider full time (£500 per month) from 12th June 2021

The room has windows on two sides. Fully furnished with chest of draws, table and chair, armchair, bookcase, clothes rail, large double bed and under bed storage. Newly fitted carpet.

Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and separate downstairs toilet.

Large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Carport with table tennis table and bike storage racks. Free parking. Outside courtyard garden. Free high speed broadband, House has solar panels.

I am a friendly female full time worker/artist/printmaker, sometimes working from home, and I would ideally like a lodger who is out at work during the day. (Sorry no couples). I am looking for someone who is happy living in a quiet tidy house.

The house is close to woods and park, 30 seconds from 24 and 72 Bus route's to the Centre, Southmead Hospital, UWE, Bristol Temple Meads Station. Local shops including post office and chemist 2 minutes away. 10 minutes cycle ride to UWE Frenchay and 15 minutes to Southmead Hospital.

The rent for Mon-Fri is £415 per calendar month and includes all bills as well as a fortnightly clean, supply of linen (if required) and the washing of this. I months rent in advance and a deposit are required. Although I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger, for the right person, I would consider full time at £500 per calendar month.
