We're looking for female housemate to join a 4 bed double room house share.

Professionals and mature students welcome.

There are currently 2 boys and 1 girl in the property at the moment and are all in the mid 20's. We're looking for a girl housemate around a similar age to keep the balance.

The house is fully furnished (furniture includes a flat screen tv and dishwasher) and is a lot more spacious than what the pictures suggest. It's pretty quiet, very cozy and quite socialble. It's a great place to relax in after a long day at work.

The property is in Redfield (which is a very up and coming area in Bristol) and is just off the famous Church Road, which boasts a selection of pubs, shops and brunch places, so there is plenty to do.

It is also in walking distance of the city centre and Bristol Temple meads station. For further city travel, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and Lawrence Hill train station is about 5 minutes walk.

The rent is £405 per month and less than £20 per week for ALL BILLS and fortnightly cleaning (£60 per month)
